 If you happen to face any issue that requires cancellation of your booking, you can contact our helpline number. The protocol is as follows:

If The Booking Has Less Than 10 Nights Stay

  • Cancelled more than 48 hours before the check-in date:- FREE CANCELLATION
  • Cancelled 24 hours before the check-in date:- the cost of 1 night's stay will be charged as the cancellation fee.
  • If the customer doesn't show up:- Full booking expense shall be charged as the cancellation fee.

If The Booking Has 10 Or More Nights Stay

  • Cancelled more than 4 days prior to the check-in date:- FREE CANCELLATION
  • Cancelled within 3 days before the check-in date:- cos
